Collect certified copies of relevant documents where noted in the form.

Fax it to ISB on +61 9354 8415 or mail it to P.O Box XXX, Leederville WA 6007.

There are 2 application pathways depending on whether you are applying to your institution through ISB or just want access to our welfare services. The information below acts as a guide to the process that will be followed. It may differ as per individual needs.


Step 1 )

• Complete the ISB Application Form
• Identify course and Institution

Step 2 )

• Complete Institution Application form and provide certified copies of relevant documents
• Send completed application to ISB

Step 3 )

• Receive Offer Letter from institution
• Payment of semester fees to institution
• Receive Confirmation Of Enrolment (COE)
• Apply for Australian Student Visa

Step 4 )

• 4 weeks prior departure, Pre-Departure Orientation begins.

Step 5 )

• Arrive in Australia
• 8 weeks Post Arrival Orientation begins

Step 1 )

• ISB Application Form
• Payment of ISB Fee

Step 2 )

• Provision of date of entry into Australia to ISB

Step 3 )

• 4 weeks prior departure, Pre-Departure Orientation begins.

Step 4 )

• Arrive in Australia
• 8 weeks Post Arrival Orientation begins.
